We have just started working with them over the past few weeks. They have been incredibly easy to deal with so far and make our logistics in the USA both economical and timely. They have great customer service and also an ability to work with a wide range of goods, from smaller packages to the big and bulky (ours are typically 50-60 lbs). Their transport rates with the likes of UPS and FedEx are far better than any rates we could get ourselves by working directly with the couriers, so part of their operational costs are offset by the savings we are seeing in freight.
We switched 3PL every 6 to 8 months due to poor service, loss of inventory, getting product damaged, wrong shipment, etc. It's been over 15 months since we have moved to their company. We are extremely pleased with their service in the Houston location. All of our issues are resolved.
