This company has been great to work with. They are always quick to try to remedy urgent matters. Their new systems while a bit rocky at the start have made them overall much easier to work with. They are consistently improving which is incredible because this industry isn't easy. I just hope the invoicing will become a bit more consistent for budgeting purposes. There are also no automated returns from the USA to Canada, but hopefully that will change soon! Overall very very happy with the team and I know they are doing everything in their power to be the best at what they do.
